Laminit

LAMINIT ® is pressed laminated wood. It is produced of beech or birch veneers and thermosetting synthetic resins under pressure and heat. There are different types of Laminit depending on density and arrangement of veneer sheets: parallel (Laminit I), crosswise (Laminit II), tangential (Laminit X). Laminit is used in all types of oil immersed equipment including power and distribution transformers.   It is applied as material for pressure rings, bars for wires, yoke beams, pads.
